We proudly boast 21 service bays and a fully stocked parts department. All these characteristics greatly reduce a customer's wait time for service. Our main goal is to get you back camping as soon as possible. 

Rich & Sons RV Headquarters is proud to offer all types of services. We can handle your maintenance needs, factory warranty repairs, insurance estimates and repairs, and major interior and/or exterior repairs. Our experienced staff and state-of-the-art facilities will help you with all your RV service needs. 

For your convenience, we offer three types of appointments:

Waiting Appointments: These are for predefined services that can be completed in a timely manner by our certified technicians. You can relax in our designated waiting area while your maintenance is performed.

Waiting Appointment Services offered are: RV Warranty Forever Annual Inspections, Wheel Bearing Service, Air Conditioner Service, Slide Out Maintenance, Dewinterization Services, and Winterization Services.

Drop-Off Appointments: These appointments are for tasks that may require more time and attention. Customers may drop off their vehicle in the designated area, and our technicians will notify you when the work is done.

Drop Off Appointment Services offered are: Rubber Roof Inspections and Maintenance, Sidewall Sealant Inspection and Maintenance, Service Contract Repairs, Factory Warranty Repairs, Physical Insurance Repairs and All Other Types of Services Not Listed Here.
