A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of reservation. This fee is refundable except for $75.00 (booking fees), if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to rental. This fee will be applied toward total rental charge upon completion of final paperwork.
A damage deposit of $500.00 for travel trailers, and $1000.00 for motor homes will be held by the rental firm until unit is returned, checked, and determined to be free of damage.
Appointment times for all pick-ups are strictly adhered to. A $50 charge will be assessed if pick-up is late.
Rental pricing is subject to change unless secured by deposit in advance.
All rental units are subject to sale.
All rented RVs are subject to replacement by a comparable unit.
Insurance is included with all rental rates with a deductible not to exceed $1000.00. Renter is responsible for deductibles.
Individuals must be 25 yrs. of age to rent/drive an RV.
Individuals must provide proof of insurability at time of reservation.
No smoking will be allowed in any of Rich & Sons rented units. You will be charged a professional cleaning fee of $250.00 (minimum).
A grace period of 1 hour charged at $25.00 is allowed for returning units. After 1 hr. the renter will be charged the full day fee for that unit, and continuing for every 24hr. increment there after.
An additional deposit of $250.00 is required for pets. This fee can be refunded if no soiling or damage is sustained to our unit by your loved one.
LP tanks must be filled upon return at the cost of the renter. Cost per gallon is assessed at that day’s rate, if filling is done here.
Motor homes must have same fuel level upon return as it had upon departure, or renter will be charged dealership assessed price per gallon to fuel here.
Units must be clean upon return. Renter will pay a cleaning fee of $75.00 per hour if unit is not acceptable.
Holding tanks must be empty upon return. Renter will be charged $75.00 if tanks are not empty.
Renters are responsible for park permits.
Renters are responsible for any parking/traffic violation fees.
*All effort will be made to furnish the unit reserved. In case of emergency, a substitution will be made by the rental company. If the substitute model is of lesser capacity or model class, a reduction of fee to the lesser premium will be made.
*Passengers may not occupy a travel trailer while the trailer is being towed.
*Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, and generator malfunctions are not considered break downs and no refund or reimbursement of any kind is available.
