-Storage property is over 2 acres. The land has been professionally leveled and is completely covered with rock so you won’t have problems with standing water, drainage, and/or getting stuck in mud during the harsh weather.

-The property is less than ½ mile from our dealership. It is located right off of Highway 281 across the road from Rich & Sons. It is a central location that is easy to get in and out of.

-When service work is needed, we will offer services to transport your RV to our dealership and back to the storage lot. This will make it easier for you during the work week so on the weekend you can spend time using your RV, not taking it to and from storage.

-The land is completely surrounded with chain link fence to help secure your RV.

-There will be 24 hour access to the storage lot. Each customer will be given a password to get in and out of the lot. It will be guarded by a fully electric gate operated by a key pad.

-Each customer will be assigned a numbered spot. This will make it easier for everyone to know where they are supposed to go and it is their spot.

-All spots will be pull-through spots. There will be no backing required to get into your spot.
